| In other words, it is quite clear that the
gambling/casino/ion/liquor industry in Nevada are setting up
this Law School for their own interests. |
| Dear Friends:
Well I have done a little research on these high-rollers for the
Boyd Law School of Gambling, Casinos, ion and Liquor, who are
mentioned below. According to my source, Warren Nelson is associated
with Harrahs Casino. Boyd with the Stardust Casino. Marnell with the
Rio Casino. The Gaughans with the Gaughan Family Casinos. Sam Lionel is
a Lawyer who represents Casinos. Etc. Obviously, the
gambling/casino/ion/liquor industry in Nevada has decided to
set up its own ABA accredited law school to serve itself.
It seems to me that the American Bar Association must make a
very detailed inquiry into who the private contributors to Boyd are and
what if any connections they have with Organized Crime.

| It would also be important to know about the links of the other listed
big contributors to Boyd with the Gambling/Casino/ion/Liquor
industry in Nevada. |
| Long before Bugsy started The on its way to making Las Vegas the gaming
capital of the world Bill Boyd ... and others such as Benny Binnion and
Jackie Gaughan ... jump-started gambling in Las Vegas. For better, not for
worse. |
| Notice from their self-description below that the Boyd Law
School of Gambling, Casinos & ion is quite up front about
these matters: First, it says quite clearly that Boyd will provide the
Nevada business community(euphemism for Nevadas
casino/gambling/ion industry) with expertise on gambling
law. Second, notice that they are quite up front about the $5 million
dollar contribution from William S. Boyd and part of another $1 million
from the Boyd Gambling Group. In other words, their major contributor,
William S. Boyd, for whom the school is named, is part of the
gambling/casino/ion/liquor industry in Nevada. |
