| I certainly do hope that the American Bar Association will in
fact make a very detailed investigation of all of these matters when
Boyd applies for accreditation. Ditto the AALS. The American Legal
Education Community and the American Legal Profession would certainly
not want to see the gambling/casino/ion/liquor industry, let
alone Organized Crime, set up their own accredited law school in
Nevada. |
| Can anyone please tell me where I can gety some statistics ojn gambling?
I am doing a paper for reasons why we should legalize casino gambling in PA
and I need stats to back up my arguement. ANy help would be most apreciated
please email me privately at mw0047@ark.ship.edu. Thanks Marc |
| Dear Friends:
Well I have done a little research on these high-rollers for the
Boyd Law School of Gambling, Casinos, Prostituion and Liquor, who are
mentioned below. According to my source, Warren Nelson is associated
with Harrahs Casino. Boyd with the Stardust Casino. Marnell with the
Rio Casino. The Gaughans with the Gaughan Family Casinos. Sam Lionel is
a Lawyer who represents Casinos. Etc. Obviously, the
gambling/casino/ion/liquor industry in Nevada has decided to
set up its own ABA accredited law school to serve itself.
It seems to me that the American Bar Association must make a
very detailed inquiry into who the private contributors to Boyd are and
what if any connections they have with Organized Crime.

| I would imagine that Mormons would tend to view gambling casinos in the
same light. There are probably many Mormons who see no more conflict in
working for a casino than in working for a distillery. |
| It would also be important to know about the links of the other listed
big contributors to Boyd with the Gambling/Casino/ion/Liquor
industry in Nevada. |
